The view, the condo, the amenities and more were top of the line!! The manager showed concern that we were in the next best place to home!

We had a great week at Panama City Beach. This unit was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and good location for area activities.

Lisa was fantastic at helping us look for places designed for our family. I also think she was able to get us the best possible price! As far as the place it was as described, weather was great and we all had a fun time. No complaints whatsoever!

We really enjoyed our stay, very nice corner unit, great views and condo was very roomy. Would rent again

We had six adults and two Yorkies on our vacation. We had no problems at arrival and getting car passes. No problems parking our high top conversion van.
The condo was ready at check in and very clean. A/C was cold even on the 90 degree days that we had.
We noticed employees cleaning constantly in the elevator hallway and around pool area.
We have stayed at Grand Panama several times with no problems. Great place to stay.
Could have better verbal communications with SeeYaatTheBeach staff. Email and text are fine but, sometimes you feel better if you talk and pay for a condo when you speak to someone at the facility instead of the answering service eight times.

We had a great time!!! The condo was great. Everyone had their own space. We will be back!!! Awesome vacation!

Great vacation and time. Very comfortable condo and beds. The patio chairs were the only complaint they are plastic and we are tall and bigger people.

Such a great place to stay, everything is in walking distance. Pool was great and there is a great beach access. I also love that it was pet friendly the only thing is that the beach was not pet friendly but my dog was able to enjoy the pool side while we relaxed and drank at the bar by the pool.

The place was clean very convenient, parking lot was a little difficult, and the elevators was always busy. But other than that. Great place and great location. I would definitely stay there again. Kids loved to be up that high!

The most beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf! Big private balcony is breathtaking! This large and beautiful condo is roomy and comfortable and everything needed for a perfect vacation! A new bed in the master with a private door to the patio was relaxing . Fully stocked kitchen to complete any favorite home cooked meals. We stayed for one month and loved everything about our stay !!

Stayed one month and it was perfect! Lots of room ! Comfy new bed! Very clean and well stocked! Lovely big private patio for sunning or watching sunsets ! Very nice pool and hot tub area and opening to the beach. Nice and quiet area and the condo is decorated beautifully!

Stayed the first week of August 2019 at Grand Panama Beach Resort, it was great, the resort is very nice the beach was great, and the weather was very good.

Loved the layout of he condo, the location and views were great. There were a few things, the tub in the guest bathroom had no drain drop so guest had to shower. And the kitchen sink he no drain plug The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen pots and utensils.

Also, we were provided a bath towel for each guest but only a few wash cloths and two hand towels for 8 people.

The view was fantastic! You can see down both sides of the beach and it's not too high to see who is in the pool, from the giant balcony. All 3 rooms were perfect sizes and the beds were bigger than expected, from looking at the pictures. I've been to many hotels, condos, and beaches, but this one was one of the greatest and we are already planning on booking for next year!

Our vacation at this condo was amazing. Our booking was easy and they communicated everything for us through email. The day we were to arrive they called us to tell us the condo was clean and give us the code to get into the door. They followed through with everything promised and had everything waiting when we walked up to our condo.

The condo had the most amazing views of the beach and the strip. We had 9 people traveling with us and we had plenty of room. The Condo itself was decorated beautifully and was incredibly clean. Previous reviews were concerned with the lack of kitchen utensils, lack of balcony furniture, and cleanliness issues in the beds; however, we found everything to be impeccable. There were plenty of utensils and everything we needed in the kitchen, there were about 7-10 chairs on the balcony to sit in and enjoy the view. There was plenty of bedding, pillows, and the bedding was clean. The view from the middle bedroom at night of the strip was beautiful! We slept with our curtains open to fall asleep watching outside... and were awakened by a gorgeous sunrise the next morning. Grand Panama has a tiki bar with amazing food and drinks. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the area was clean. We also enjoyed working out in the weight room in the building that the parking garage is in. it had 2 stationary bikes, elliptical, 2 treadmills (all with individual TV's on them), a good selection of free weights, and some weight machines for different muscle groups.

Only issues we had was that the elevators were packed often - especially at 4:30 PM when everyone was starting to come in for dinner. Also, when we arrived/left it was hard to find the carts to load and take our stuff up to the condo. My husband had to search sev. floors to find them. They always had staff on site and walking around to help with issues, answer questions, or fix things. We had a wonderful stay and really hope to stay in this unit again in the very n

Beautiful condo with fabulous views! Plenty of room for all six of us. Manager was so helpful and kept in touch frequently--we could reach her any time we needed. Five stars, SYATB!!!

Very quiet, no problem with March Breakers. Balcony doors were quiet to open and close unlike other older locations. Privacy for sun worship on this corner unit. The breezy does blow and can be chilly but I would highly recommend this unit.

We normally stay on lower levels, but decided to go with this unit, which is a bit higher up.
The views were outstanding, and we even enjoyed the view of the strip from the side windows. Loved the location and the ease of booking this unit at the last moment. The parking deck was a little difficult to maneuver in, but other than that, everything was great.

This condo is awesome. Great oceanfront.big balcony.The kitchen is equipped witn everything you need. Our unit was ready several hours early, and they called with the code and also texted it to me. Nice location 1/2 mile from pier and several stores. See ya at the bench rentals are aawesome!!

Very nice condo. Wish we would've had more as far as cooking utensils, but we were close to a Walmart and able to buy what we needed. Also, bring your own pillows, towels/washcloths and toilet paper, for a family of 6, we didn't have enough showering towels or washcloths available and bought our own at Walmart and two rolls of TP were provided, but again, not enough for a large family for a long stay. The pillows just weren't very good, although I don't expect much for "hotel" stays. The property is right in the middle of everything you'd like! Pier Park, Pineapple Willy's, etc. The view from our condo was great and for a family on a budget the price was wonderful!
