The reservation process was easy, communication was great!!! The condo was beautiful

Spacious! Great location! Amenities were perfect. Soo many great places to eat nearby that were walkimg distance. The parking garage to the room was a little tricky at first but no issue after we figured it lol.

If you haven’t stayed at emerald resort y’all are missing outtttt it’s very clean and beautiful and the view way amazing we will different be back

The views were awesome! We could see everywhere. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. So calming and beautiful. The condo was just as described. We really enjoyed our time there and hated to leave.

Everything was perfect! Had an issue with the refrigerator but with one text to Lisa it was resolved that day. Would highly recommend this condo as it was and easy process with checking in and checking out.

This condo is beautifully decorated and the view of the beach and pier is incredible. The beds are super comfortable and everything that you could need is in the condo. The only thing lacking was that the cleaning company was still in the condo when we arrived and the floor of the condo was not as clean as it should have been for new guests.

Condo was very nice - beautiful furnishings and very large! - no complaints except that the beachside pool was closed for renovations, which we did not know about. However Terea was very kind and provided us compensation for that issue. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Second year in a row with this unit and it was great again. We really like the location of Emerald Beach. Close to Pier Park, but not too close. Beach is great and the unit is maintained well.

We had a wonderful time. The room is in a great location, it has an awesome view of the beach, and has all of the typical condo amenities. Our only issues were the lack of any extra paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), and the floors needed to be swept. But this is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be coming back to the same room next year!

The condo was just described. Everything was clean and in good working condition! One of the best stocked kitchens we've been in. Beds were comfortable and clean! The view from the balcony is spectacular!!! We had a great visit at Shell Island and super yummy meals at Runaway Island and Sharky's (both in walking distance on the beach).
Only complaint is the elevators which is no fault of condo owners. Typically only 2 elevators working causing longer wait times.

Main pool was nasty and cloudy, kiddie pool in the back didn't have the kid features working, it was a hassle getting to the condo from the elevators(not all were working when we arrived and of you have a luggage cart, you have to elevator hop). Overall the condo was exactly as it said it would be.

Would have needed for a perfect family vacation. I highly recommend this resort.. I especially loved that someone from the resort was at the pool early removing towels on chairs that other guest was saving so that everyone had an opportunity to get a pool chair

This years' vacation was just fantastic! All aspects of our stay were handled in such a courteous and professional way.

It was a beautiful sight here at where we stayed. The kids enjoyed every second. We will be back soon! I do recommend people to stay, its a nice spot to relax and have a wonderful time. See you guys soon ! Thanks !
