Our Happy Place

Great apartment for sharing with 3 women. Each having own bath and bedroom. Suggest bringing cleaning supplies as minimal are available. Two towels per person. Great location. Easy check in. Great communication with owner. We had some bad weather and the roof leaked in one bathroom. Owner reported to building. Cleaning service neglected the floors enough to notice right away. Reported. Owner I’m sure will deal with that but it was disappointing. Everything else was clean. Small soaps and shampoo provided. Good amount of spices and kitchen stocked with utensils and dishwater. Bring extra dish detergent if cooking. Stovetop is glass and could use cleaner so bring your own. Pool was nice. Plenty of chairs off season. Would rent again.

Fantastic stay. Views were amazing, especially roof top. Elevators really not an issue during the busiest time of year, even with one broken a few times. Lisa was extremely quick to respond the few times I needed her. Plenty of cooking utensils. A/C great all week, even with temps over 95 outside. Volleyball nets right outside on beach.

The only complaint that I have is that the company that bought out Resort properties reduced the number of parking permits to 3 vehicles. The place is great with multiple pools, the beach, several hot tubs, a restaurant, pizza, shop that sells Ice Cream. Everything right there!! We have stayed there for years!!

We could not be happier with our vacation experience. The condo was exactly as described. I highly recommend it if you have a large group you are traveling with. We hope to make this trip and staying in this condo an annual tradition. The property was very clean and well-maintained. There were employees constantly working to keep things looking top notch. We contacted the owner a few times before we left for our trip and she was always prompt to answer me. She was always kind. We were very happy with the pools, splash pad, and hot tubs. Access to the beach was very easy. We didn’t go out to eat or go to any attractions. We love the beach too much to leave the property.

We were pretty disappointed with the condo. The upstairs refrig didn't work, toilets clogged, washer ruined our clothes, microwave almost caught fire, no upgrades at all/very dated. Overall, a very non luxurious place for the money. Management is the only thing good about this experience.

Great place! Best view of the sunsets and the beach. Grandchildren enjoyed pools, splash pad, as well as beach. Convenient, clean, well maintained; had a great time. property management team does a good job, too. Would recommend and would do it again. Thanks!

Love staying at Edgewater. The location and having so much right there around you and having so much at the lagoon pool is awesome. Would recommend this to everyone.

I had a great, great time. I stayed for 4 weeks. Lisa, Roger and Leah from See You at the Beach were amazing. If an issue occurred they responded to it immediately. The views from the condo were quite impressive. The condo itself was great. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants to spend time in a great location.

Wonderful property and great location. Could use some touch ups though. A rack of hooks by the door fell down while I was hanging a towel on it. Also, vents look like they could use a good cleaning.

Beautiful condo with great views

The view was amazing, but the cleaners didn’t do a good job. They left pills (why I’m giving cleanliness a 2, we had 2 kids that are 2 and under and they could’ve easily eaten one of the pills if we didn’t find them first) and vapes cartridges under the bed and other things under the rest of the beds, they left things behind the tv and other things. We also didn’t receive our code to get in the room until 6pm. Other than that the host was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival we noticed immediately it was not cleaned properly. We cleaned the entire condo again sweeping up a dead **** roach, candy wrappers, a broken finger nail, someone's pills, hangers, fabric softener sheets, dust & more. We contacted them to let them know how nasty this place was, and they did refund our cleaning money, but this unit could really use some TLC & a thorough cleaning, i.e., under beds, furniture, closets etc. If you are planning to cook food in the unit, the pots & pans are dated and your food will stick. A word of advice don't run the washer at night, as it is extremely loud and sounds as though it needs a little attention. The view was amazing. Tv's & beds were very nice. This condo at one time was probably a really beautiful unit, however it is apparent that it needs some touch up's done, such as painting, & bathroom cabinet doors are falling off in a couple of the bathrooms. Property management was easier to contact via email, sometimes it was hard to reach them in the office, but were always very quick to respond to emails, and very professional. The resort itself as well is beautiful, and well maintained.

My family had a great time! Each family having their own bedroom and bathroom was perfect. Two concerns were the filters for the air conditioner and the appliances being outdated. The freezer didn't dispense ice. Overall it was perfect for my family and everyone had a fabulous time.

The property was everything that was listed in the description the only problem we had was the check in was supposed to be ar 4 and we couldn't get into the condo until 5:45 and the cleaning crew did start cleaning the condo until we got there and the cleaning crew didn't change all the bed sheets they had to come back around 6:30 to change the master bedroom sheets but besides that everything else was good.

From the moment we walked into the condo we felt like we were on vacation. The kids ran around claiming their spaces and exploring every room. They loved the extended balcony that connected the rooms... but the views from the penthouse floor were amazing! You could see the strip, the entire beach and the pier. The sun bathing and evening sunsets were incredible. Comfy beds, a huge TV for family movies overlooking the ocean, and a full kitchen for cooking our catch from the day made this trip amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is very spacious, the rooms are a great size. The living room is very large but is open to the kitchen. Our main concern with the unit is it was not very clean. The floors, couches and some beds had sand all over them. The floors in the kitchen and living room didn’t look to be mopped or swept. We did however reach out to let the owners know and they did offer to come clean again but we had small kids and our groceries everywhere so we cleaned up what we could. The owner offered us a refund for tbt cleaning fee before we never received it after reaching out to her several times.
