When you drive up to the home you have a driveway that wraps around to the back of the home. There is enough parking for four or more vehicles in the driveway. You have two entrances to the home. The front door which leads into the living room and the back door which leads into the back bedroom and into the kitchen.
When you walk through the front door, you will see the wide open living room with plenty of seating. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the couch. To your right you will see the stairs leading up to the second floor. past there is the kitchen with an island brand new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of cabinet space on top and on bottom. You have your dining room which consist of a large dinning room table that sits 6 people. On the opposite side of the kitchen you have a door leading out into an enclosed screen room / sun room that has two separate twin beds. This room also has a door leading out to the back yard.
On the other side of the living room (Going left from the Front door) you will go into a hallway. To the left you will have your first master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. When going back out into the hallway if you go right you will be at the door for the second master with a king size bed and full bath. Also in that hallway you have the half bath. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home.
Going upstairs it comes out in an open loft space that over looks the living room with a tv and bean bag chair. There is a door that takes you out onto a small balcony where you will find amazing views of the ocean and sunset. You have a guest bathroom and in the middle of the hallway going left from the stairs. On one side there is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and the same in the 2nd guest bedroom.
Pool is not heated or cooled. This is a private pool. Minimum booking age 25 please. No pets.

Great house! Management co was great. Lisa was so great to talk with.
House is just a few houses from the beach , short walk to 2 different beach access. House was very private. Pool was wonderfull. House accommodations were perfect for our family of 9.

I cannot recommend this place enough! We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place. The home is incredible, with the perfect layout and amenities. Not only is the house gorgeous, but the management is truly some of the best I have ever interacted with. Lisa, the property manager, was so accommodating and an absolute joy to work with. This location was a VERY short walk to the beach and a few cute coffee shops, some food/bars, and an uber ride to anything under the sun. Lastly, the home was extremely clean and comfortable! STAY HERE.

Why the title? It’s simple. We have rented many beach houses since 2015, and all of the rentals have been the same until this one. Reserving the house was a breeze - the communication before arriving - super fast and informative - paying for the house before arrival was the most relaxed, non-stressful method ever. To be honest, I was worried we were being scammed up until the day we arrived, when all those worries were put to rest.
The house is real - the person on the other end of the phone is actually that nice and the house was exactly as described. Rent with them and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent home location, clean, roomy. The pictures don't do this home justice, WE WILL MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!!! A very short walk to the beach, pier park about 3-5 minutes away. The pool was a plus , the house was very spacious for my family of 9. We will most definitely be staying here again. Great communication from the owner and the host. From my experiences this is a 5 star home especially since this was a last minute booking .

The house was great. Very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. I did want to suggest removing the gravel flower bed on the side of the house so there is more parking. Our kids and grand kids loved the private pool, we had a great vacation other than the week going by too fast and would definitely rent again.

Rental was awesome- right where we wanted to be! Pool was perfect size for a family with 3-5 kids! Furnishings were beautifully done! Terea was quick with responses- week was just too short!
Family loved it!
As a child, we always stayed down in Laguna Beach area. As an adult with children, we have tried the condos with 5 pools, but my kids thought this was the best thing ever- having their own pool to have their rules! Would recommend to families in a heartbeat!

This well-equipped house with plenty of room for a large company is close to the beach. Due to the colder weather we rarely used the saltwater pool but the pool area is also very nice. Very lovely owners that we had the pleasure to meet. Interior is clean, beds are comfy and all necessary kitchen tools are provided. The rental agency is easy to communicate with and was supportive in every way.
We stayed four weeks and loved it. Will definitely book again if back in the area.

The pool was very nice and the house was a quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-appointed and the booking company was quick to answer my questions before booking and during my stay. This house served our purposes for this trip but we will most likely not stay there on future trips. I wish I had known the following things before I arrived: -guests in my party would be walking through my bedroom constantly to get to/from the pool (the other options were to walk through the sunroom bedroom then come in the pool area through a tall gate or to go out the front door of the house and then walk all around the house to the adult-sized gate) -gas for the grill is not furnished -rooms have either curtains or blinds, not both, and it can get really bright in the bedrooms -almost all of the poolside chairs were broken and unable to support the weight of an adult.

Thank You for booking with us. This house was recently renovated and is very nice. We have received great response from the guest on the renovations. The pool area is very nice. It is large and is a great gathering spot. Most people access the pool area through the sunroom which is also the way to the driveway. There is a way to get there from the bedroom but that is for the convenience of the guest in the bedroom. The pool furniture was replaced as soon as we were aware that it needed to be. This house has been a very popular choice since the renovations because of how nice it it and how close it is to the beach. Come check it out for yourself real soon.

When we arrived there was a very polite lady bringing some supplies to the house. She showed us around and we were very impressed. She even straightened up chairs by the pool as we looked. The place was very clean and so cute. The house is a very short walk down the street to the beach. There are 2 access bridges to the beach right at the end of the street. You do have to cross a main street to the access points but the traffic is slow and most vehicles will stop to let you cross. Having the pool was a great asset too. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay again!

We choose this place because it was a house with a master bedroom and living space on the ground floor with a pool near the beach. It was a great place for us to bring my in-laws and keep them safe during the Coronavirus. The house was a great fit for our family's needs. The large table in the dining room and the table by the pool were great for eating together. The pool was great for my 6 kids and the fact that you had to open a gate from outside the garage was a great additional safety feature vs just a walk out from a house door. It is a little longer to the beach than advertised, but still very close. 200 yards to the pier, and about 300 yards to the water's edge.

The only complaint I have is that it was originally advertised as a stay for 12 people. We had 11 people and the owner knew this. However, there was only enough room for 10 to sleep there. When I called and asked about this, she informed me that the other bed to sleep the last 2 had been removed. She told me I could purchase an air bed and would be reimbursed. I purchased the air mattress and left it there but was never reimbursed. That was very frustrating and I lost money which really was upsetting.

Thank you for booking in "Changes In Attitude". CIA is a beautiful home on the west end of the beach which had a tremendous upgrade this year with the addition of a pool. Because of furniture changes, it now sleeps 10 people. This was changed on the website months ago. We are sorry for any confusion. We did say we would reimburse for the air mattress and did not realize that had not been done. Once we realized that we contacted the renter and the reimbursement has been done. We apologize for the oversight.
Changes in Attitude is very popular with our renters. We hear great comments with all of the updates that have been done and especially now that it has a pool.

Upon arrival we had a major problem. The house I had initially rented for the week was occupied and we had not been notified before driving over 8 miles. The trip had even been confirmed the week prior with no mention that it had been cancelled. Once I was finally able to get the owner on the phone and she realized that we indeed weren’t notified or refunded our money she found us somewhere else to stay, one of which was this lovely rental. This house was absolutely PERFECT. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again! The distance to the beach is amazing! Everything was clean including the pool!

Everything was absolutely amazing. The only thing we recommend is that you have more necessities to accommodate large parties. There was 12 of us and not enough towels and no sheets and blankets for the let out couch. But we made due. That house was absolutely beautiful. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach.
