We had 10 people in our group and this condo worked perfectly for us. It was very clean and very well stocked. The property manager communicated quickly and efficiently. Check-in was a breeze! Access to the beach was quick and easy. I highly recommend this condo!

There are no words to describe this place!!! The room and the view were outstanding!! The people I dealt with were some of the kindest people I have ever met! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!!! We will stay again for sure!!

The condo was very well taken care of, clean and close to everything. I have nothing negative to say. Enjoyed our stay!

We were very impressed with this condo. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The views top it off. Absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend staying here. The only downside was that something was wrong with the refrigerator but the company was working to have it fixed.

Best vacation time at this amazing Penthouse, perfect location at the oceanfront. Excellent management, quick responses from the host. Our whole group loved this place and recommend to everyone that this the premier location to be at when visiting Panama City Beach.

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of space. Would definitely stay at this unit again. Very responsive host. Was truly please with our stay!

After Driving 15 hours. this place was the perfect place to relax. the view of the ocean was magical. the Condo itself is amazing and has plenty of space for my family of 13. we did not want to leave.

Our check-in time was 4pm and we were no able to check-in until 5pm because the property was no cleaned. Once we get in floors had dirt and all the bed sheets had hair looks like bed sheets wasn’t changed or washed before handing over the property over to us. Door handle in one of the bathroom didn’t lock at all and door handle in main master came off when we tried to open it from the inside. Cleanliness was an big issue. Owners need to make sure property is rentable before charging thousands of dollars to guests.

From the moment we booked the staff was excellent and prompt in all of their responses to my many questions. We had 14 in our party for Thanksgiving and had plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing and well equipped. A previous review mentioned a lack of towels so I brought some extras so that was not an issue. Our batteries had run out on a couple of our automatic blinds and the staff was right there to replace them with no problem. It was even on the night before Thanksgiving and the lady was beyond friendly and helpful. It was nice you could pull into the parking garage and unload with plenty of access to luggage carts. I would defiantly recommend this unit and this rental company!

The condo was spacious, clean, and the view was great! The only issue we had was that there were not very many bath towels. It wasn't a big enough deal for us to even call about, but it would be nice to know when coming to stay. We just had to wash them a couple times throughout the week. Also, there were some maintenance issues that could have been better attended to, but again, not a huge deal for us.

The room was absolutely amazing! We honestly were blown away by the size and beautiful views. We had 11 people in our party and it had so much room to accommodate us. The views were just like the pictures. There were a couple things broken, like the door handle on the master bedroom door, or one of the sinks in the master bathroom but it didn't take away from our stay at all. We would love to come back to the same place I the future

My experience started when making my reservation. Terea was so wonderful. She was the sweetest, most helpful and patient person. Grande Panama Beach Resort was so beautiful. The unit was clean and had quite a bit of items already in the unit for us to use, so that was helpful and a money saver. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a relaxing wonderful little getaway.

This penthouse was the best experience I’ve ever had. When my family and I walked in, we were amazed. It felt like home & my family & I wasn’t ready to leave. It was very clean, fully equipped with everything & just beautiful. The manager was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend this penthouse.
