SAND OF LAGUNA A2

The rental property looked like the photos on the picture they sent us. Not like some other sites..The condo was very clean and refreshing. We would like to come back for many years to come. Thank you for making our stay great. Clean,quite close to everything you may need.

Great location. Rental was clean and neat. Not enough parking. No where to walk your dog. On little bit of sand and weeds my dog would be covered with stickers. Took us a lot of time to remove them. Would be in her paws. Too sharp to sometimes get out easily. Only 1 trash bag digit the week.

My mom and I absolutely LOVED staying here!!! The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The view of the beach from the balcony was just wonderful and the room sits SO close to the beach. Literally the shortest little walk to the sand!!! The location was also amazing because it’s such short drive to 30A or you can go the other way to Panama City leaving you with so many options for things to do! Also only 3 minutes from Thomas donuts! My sweet fur baby loved it here too and had the best time!!!!! Absolutely recommend for anyone traveling with a pet or even without! It was so clean you could not even tell it was a pet friendly room!

Spring break trip with the family and loved every minute. Lodging was everything we could have asked for. View was perfect! Easy access to grocery, restaurants and hiking

The pictures don’t lie. This unit was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. This unit is on the end and you have a wonderful view from the side window along with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again. Lisa was very helpful and answered all questions regarding this unit and all our questions. Thanks again for having us as guests. Dania & Mike J

This is the second time I’ve rented from See Ya At The Beach and again I was not disappointed. Place was clean, exactly as described, location was perfect and the management company is second to none. Will use them again and again....Highly recommend

Nice overall, could use a few property amenities such as a grill.

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The pictures need to be updated because it has had a upgrade removing all the carpet and the new laminate is great. But the best experience was dealing with LISA! She was awesome to deal with and communicated well responding to our needs ASAP. We had an issue with the AC on the last day and LISA got a technician out ASAP. Thank You LISA for making sure we had a Great Time!!

It was a nice recharge for us after experiencing Ian.

Great place to stay. Quiet and nice beach. This is our third year staying there. Staff was helpful when needed.

The location couldn't be in better, away from the crowds, but close enough if you want to go out. The checkin process was a breeze. when the condo was ready we were texted the code for the lock, upon arrival the condo was spotless and the views were amazing. We had a lovely time and no issues with the condo while we were there. We will definitely be back!!

This condo is not located downtown. It is located on the west side of the Panama City Beach. Beautiful beach. Very relaxing. Condo was clean. Would stay there again.

We booked last minute and were going to arrive after midnight. The property manager, Terea, went above and beyond to get us booked on an already slammed holiday weekend. She even text us around midnight to see if we had made it in or had any trouble getting into the unit. The unit itself is a little dated but overall a nice place. The view and walk from the condo to the beach were my favorite of probably any condo I've stayed in. It was a very short distance to the water and it was nice not to deal with long elevator waits/rides like on the bigger condos. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Condo was very clean. Furnishing were outdated and uncomfortable. Carpet was worn and dirty, covered with numerous runners. Terea was very responsive to needs but microwave never worked although 2Maintenance people looked at it. We used extension cord to another plug to get it working. Overall very Beautiful week with great gulf views.

This was a stay for 3 adults. Kitchen was wonderful and large - very clean. Beds were not uncomfortable but not terrible. Porch view was amazing. Walking to the beach was simple and an easy rinse off shower. There are stairs to get to the beach. Shower easy for my senior citizen mom. Hope to be returning soon. Owners easy to work with and contact. One porch chair did need a bit of refurbishment.

It was a great place to stay and the view is all worth it!. The lady handling the rental is wonderful !

The location of the property was great. It was right on the beach and close to shopping. Overall, the unit was clean, except for the carpet. The throw rug in the living room is a tripping hazard. The deck chair cushions were loosing their stuffing. A nice addition (found in every other place we have stayed) that was not included in this rental would be a hair dryer. The cost of the unit was high due to all the additional fees.

Great stay! Great location! PM was very helpful and professional! For a rental property it was clean.

The electrical outlet left of stove didn't work and wouldn't reset. Made do. The blind over master bed comes off when you try to pull it up. Left it alone. Overall very satisfied and will be back.

I’ve stayed in a lot places in PCB this definitely one of my favorites the condos.Short walk to the beach and the parking was great I would definitely stay here again.

Only complaint is the refrigerator's compressor &/or fan is dying and complaining LOUDLY as it does. When the refrigerator was running, it was so loud you couldn't hear the soothing sounds of the ocean (one of the perks of staying beach front). At night, it was so loud that it would wake us up when it kicked on. It really needs to be repaired.

Constant partying until 4:00 a.m. One night the neighbors set up chairs in the parking lot for a party, basically closing off the parking lot to the other guests. They tried to set up a grill in the balcony until an owner put a stop to that. Bottom line, great place to stay, but there needs to be some kind of policing of the property.

Enjoyed the stay.

It was a good stay and we were satisfied with the beach condo. It is right on the beach with very little walking distance to the sand. We had no issues with parking. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living area/back patio. Monique was very helpful in getting it all booked and called me prior to 4pm to let me know it was ready early. There were only a couple of minor maintenance issues. One of the ceiling fans didn't work and the one in the master bedroom only ran on low. The toilet in the master bath needs to have the chain/stopper replaced because the chain gets stuck and the toilet will continuously run unless you open the back and pull it out or jiggle the handle hard. The beach is pretty private and you have plenty of room to spread out. There is a slight drop off from the beach to the water in some spots. The water is beautiful and it was a good time.
